The vocational school located in Dresden is coordinating the project. It is therefore responsible for the overall implementation of the planned activities, for quality and risk management and dissemination of the project results. AFBB leads the work on IO2 - Content Collection and is responsible for the community building and exchange of best practices. Three of AFBB’s teachers are going to participate in the training of trainers workshop.

University of Applied Sciences Dresden, Germany

A research focus of the FHD is Game Design and Learning Experience Design, meaning the integration of game elements or mechanics in learning situations and environments, with the aim of increasing learning motivation and learning outcomes. FHD is responsible for the development and elaboration of the Curriculum (IO3).


Manzavision

Manzavision, France

Manzavision will analyse the requirements to adapt the platform for the project and provide support to the administrators and users to help them creating content and managing user groups. It will organize workshops to train on using the tool through and provide support in the creation of some specific content (e.g. a new mini game) and technical support during the course of the project.

Coventry University

Coventry University,

Coventry University has substantial experience in game-based learning and teaching with focus on design and development of serious games, mapping learning mechanics to game mechanics and enacting associated pedagogical approaches to create a balance between entertainment and learning in game aspects. COVUNI designs, develops and evaluates games for enhancing teacher’s teaching and amplifying student learning, digital competencies and social inclusion in pedagogical driven ways. Coventry University is the responsible partner for the Evaluation of the platform, the content and the curriculum (IO4).

VUC Storstrøm, Denmark

VUC Storstrøm, Denmark

VUC Storstrøm is experienced within digital facilitation of teaching, meetings and seminars. As part of their development strategy, at VUC Storstrøm they are working with games in education on several levels, from basic skills training to higher preparatory or high school level. They developed their own gamified learning management system, Global Academy, which is used both in traditional school settings, but also in company training. VUC Storstrøm is one of the main contributing partners for IO2 (Content Collection). Three of VUC Storstrøm’s teachers are going to participate in the training of trainers workshop.

National College Nicu Gane

National College Nicu Gane, Romania

The National College Nicu Gane is an ECDL accredited high school in Fălticeni. A strategic goal of their Institutional Development Plan is preparing the graduates for the requirements of the information society, especially the use of new technologies.
The National College Nicu Gane is one of the main contributing partners for IO2 (Content Collection). Three of their teachers are going to participate in the training of trainers workshop.
